HDD58 - Little Rock, Arkansas

We take a look at the Little Rock housing market in our FIRST housing data dump at Pixel Properties! There are 66 properties that are "Just Listed", 867 that are "Active" and 373 that are "Under Contract"!!  This means that over 40% of homes that you see on the market are not available for you to buy! Woah!

The year to date sold is up 3% (despite all of the negative news you hear to the contrary) and the average days on market is 67. That is pretty good for our market, knowing that Little Rock had an average days on market well over 70 and 80 not too long ago, but that is still 10 days longer when compared to 2017 year to date.

Our Supply is 3.58 months which is leaning towards a sellers market.
