    Having sold thousands of homes and researched over 65 years of home sales in central Arkansas, I can tell you that while there's a slight increase in the number of closings in March, there's no significant difference from one month to the next. Here's why timing the market isn't as critical as you might think.

    Real estate markets naturally have their ebbs and flows. Traditionally, more listings come onto the market in the spring and summer months. However, the number of listings also goes down during these times, maintaining market balance compared to previous seasons.
